To use MuzNetwork, you must:
– Be at least 18 years old.
– Provide accurate and truthful information.
– Have the authority to represent a business if creating a business listing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Use of the Platform
Users agree to:
– Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
– Not impersonate any person or business.
– Not upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
– Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Business Listings
Businesses must ensure that:
– All information provided is accurate, up‑to‑date, and not misleading.
– Images, logos, and descriptions are owned by the business or licensed for use.
– They do not falsely claim Muslim ownership, halal compliance, or ethical standards.
– They comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry.
MuzNetwork may edit, remove, or request changes to listings that do not meet our standards.
5. Verification Process
Verification is designed to build trust within the community. By applying for verification, you agree that:
– MuzNetwork may request documents such as ID, proof of business ownership, or other evidence.
– Verification decisions are made at our discretion.
– Verification may be revoked if information is found to be false or misleading.
– Verification does not guarantee service quality, safety, or legal compliance.
6. Subscription Plans & Payments
– Subscription fees are displayed at checkout and may vary by plan.
– Payments are billed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan.
– Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
– Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
– We may change pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.
7. Reviews & Ratings
Users may leave reviews based on genuine experiences. The following are prohibited:
– Fake, incentivised, or retaliatory reviews.
– Reviews containing offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory language.
MuzNetwork may remove reviews that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual Property
– Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant MuzNetwork a licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it for platform purposes.
– MuzNetwork owns all platform content, branding, design, and intellectual property.
– Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute MuzNetwork content without permission.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
– Scrape or harvest data from the platform.
– Use automated tools to access or interact with the site.
– Upload malware, harmful code, or attempt to breach security.
– Use MuzNetwork for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.
10. Disclaimers
– MuzNetwork is a directory platform and does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any business listed.
– We do not control the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by businesses.
– Users engage with businesses at their own risk.
– The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
– MuzNetwork is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between Users and Businesses.
– We are not responsible for platform downtime, errors, or data loss.
– Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the User in the previous 12 months.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
– Terms are violated.
– Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected.
– A business repeatedly receives serious complaints.
Users may delete their account at any time.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of MuzNetwork is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
This explains how we collect, store, and use your data.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
