MuzNetwork offers subscriptionbased services for business listings. This policy explains when refunds may be issued.
- Subscription Payments
All subscription payments are billed in advance and are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- You were charged in error
- You experienced a technical issue preventing access to paid features
- Your listing was rejected after payment
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to use the service
- Incomplete or unverified listings due to missing information
- Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your listing will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- How to Request a Refund
Email Support@muznetwork.com with:
- Your account email
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
