MuzNetwork offers subscriptionbased services for business listings. This policy explains when refunds may be issued.

  1. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are billed in advance and are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in this policy. 

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • You were charged in error
  • You experienced a technical issue preventing access to paid features
  • Your listing was rejected after payment

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to use the service
  • Incomplete or unverified listings due to missing information
  1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your listing will remain active until the end of the billing period.

  1. How to Request a Refund

Email Support@muznetwork.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
